Elevator Pitch

We help companies extend their runway by identifying overspending in headcount costs using AI. Most
companies are heavily bloated(even obese) due to overhiring, loss of revenue streams and change in
market conditions. Companies die prematurely due to overspending on headcount because the clues to
identifying such obesity are scattered and not obvious. Scenario planning with multiple dimensions isn’t
easy either when data isn’t together or enriched. We offer our B2B SaaS to counter this urgent need for an
AI-product to solve this problem. The total addressable market is upwards of 54 billion USD.

We are a B2B SaaS product. We charge for tiered subscription of our product with up-selling on integrations, advanced AI analytics, etc. Annual Customer Value range from 10K-200K USD. This is based on company size by employee count.

Startup Journey

I have been in technical and people roles throughout my career of around 10 years leading tech teams. My Co-Founder is technical too and has worked in providing document-AI solutions to leading logistics companies like American Shipping, Maersk,etc.

I have been hired as an independent contractor for a technical layoff for a company struggling with revenue streams and market dynamic shifts. With companies raising a lot in VC funding with no clear direction on growth, companies tend to spend a large fraction into headcounts shrinking their runway. This opens up need for a product like ours.

We are currently at MVP stage with minimal but important features. Interactive demo can be found on ourhomepage. We are completely bootstrapped till date. I and my Co-Founder both write code for the product. Currently, we are looking for early adopters that can shape our product offerings while maintaining our operational costs.
