Revenue Model
We charge SMB merchants a subscription fee based on store count, with premium tiers for large chains. Additionally, we take a commission from creator payouts upon withdrawal, aligning platform revenue with user activity and mission completion.
Startup Journey
Our founding team consists of long-time friends who share a deep passion for building impactful products. Over the past two years, we have self-funded the company, operating with extreme efficiency and a lean marketing approach focused on achieving organic growth and virality. From personally visiting
stores to pitch our concept, we have steadily built a community of early adopters — including a core group of super users among both merchants and creators. Today, we are generating consistent revenue and have proven initial market traction. As we move forward, our focus is shifting from validating the model to scaling it — from 1 to 100 — while maintaining our core values of agility, creativity, and community-driven growth.
Go-To-Market Plan
We drive creator adoption through gamified discovery and viral sharing, seed key areas by creating our own POIs, and acquire merchants through early success cases and FOMO marketing. Expansion is accelerated via direct outreach, community growth, and partnerships with restaurant consultants through
a revenue-share (rebate) model.
Potential Exit
We envision either an IPO or acquisition. Potential acquirers include social media giants like Meta, Instagram, or Google Maps, as well as advertising networks and large marketing agencies seeking real-world creator activation capabilities.
