Revenue Model

TalentLo generates revenue through subscription plans for companies and a commission on freelancer contracts (15-20%). We also offer premium career services for freelancers, such as mock interviews, career transition courses, and 1-on-1 consultations, providing additional revenue streams to support growth.

Startup Journey

TalentLo’s Journey:
I, Prince Vishnoi, founded TalentLo to address inefficiencies in traditional hiring by offering businesses access to flexible, contract-based talent and ensuring freelancers have stable income. The idea came from my experience in product management and frontend development, recognizing the struggles businesses and freelancers face.

Our team consists of 3+ product managers, 2 UI/UX designers, and 5 tech team members, some collaborators and some paid, all focused on bringing TalentLo to life.

We’ve validated our concept through market research, user feedback, and early interest from businesses. Our Beta version is nearly ready, and we’ve developed growth strategies such as targeted partnerships and product-led referrals.

Our biggest need now is funding to scale the platform, expand our team, and accelerate marketing to onboard 100+ companies and 2,000+ freelancers by the end of the year.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our go-to-market plan focuses on strategic partnerships with Microsoft for Startups, HubSpot, and PayU, alongside a free 4-month subscription for startups. We’ll drive growth through targeted outreach, referrals, and product-led growth, using our AI-driven platform to attract small and mid-size businesses while offering premium services to freelancers.

Potential Exit

Potential exits for TalentLo include acquisition by large HR tech platforms, SaaS companies, or recruitment firms seeking to expand into contract-based hiring and freelancer management. The most likely acquirers would be industry leaders like LinkedIn, Indeed, or companies in the gig economy, aiming
to integrate flexible workforce solutions.
