offline. In order to solve those issues, Rumalabs offer an upgraded property e-commerce offer transparency and accountability information on listings for house buyer trust.

Revenue Model
Our revenue on property ecommerce will come from premium feature of property listings. Its a feature for house owner to shows building condition, legal status, real price of the house on the market, house photos, etc on our property platform. We dont charge agent fee to house owners.
Startup Journey
We start our startup in 2023 focusing on house inspection service within Jabodetabek. Until April 2025, we have 20 customers and 30 leads.
Go-To-Market Plan
We would like to expand our current milestone by expanding into a e-platform like carsome (https://www.carsome.my/) but in property market. We still offer our main service, house inspection, but with a twist on its point of view.
We will not operate like many other existed property platform, we try to upgrade their feature, and focus on direct house owners.
Potential Exit
In our future journey, other established e-platform and other related stakeholders like big corporate in property, i believe, will try to acquire our startup.
