Revenue Model

Roni AI charges a one-time fee between $5,000 to $15,000 for customization of workflows. It also has a
subscription model of monthly fees between $100 to $380 with added fees for each email read.

Startup Journey

As a Financial Advisor and Fractional CFO, I always get clients who want their books to be cleaned, so they can gain financial insights, especially when they are growing companies. I have known there’s a huge potential here. We got our first client in March 2024, and we worked on the solution until August 2024, but they did not pay. We then onboarded our next client in September and onboarded them in December. We are currently onboarding our second paying client until June. We have earned $16,500 in one-time customization fees and will have an MRR of $480 by June. We are currently building our scalable solution that will enable us to onboard clients within the day with clean financial data. We have 20+ paying clients in the pipeline. After building our next iteration, we will just sell and sell to smaller customers too.

Go-To-Market Plan

Our Go-to-Market strategy involves webinars educating entrepreneurs of their finances, and partnerships with CFOs and accountants by educating them in the use of AI. We will be using LinkedIn to reach these professionals, and go to trade fairs to connect with businesses. We would also like to do partnerships with educational institutions, governments, and influencers. We plan to use AI and leverage social media to acquire customers.

Potential Exit

Roni AI’s exit strategy includes acquisition by fintech leaders like Intuit, Xero, or Stripe, or integration into platforms like Shopify or Brex to enhance SME financial tools. We’re also positioned for interest from private equity or regional banks seeking AI-driven solutions to serve the fast-growing SME market.
