At LingoPure, we help solve the global skilled labor shortage by upskilling professionals in Vietnam and Southeast Asia with practical business Communication and Professional English (to start). Our 1-on-1 online training with certified foreign teachers empowers local talent to qualify for higher-paying roles, while helping international companies cut hiring costs by tapping into capable, English-ready professionals at a fraction of the cost. It’s win-win: economic mobility for learners, and cost-effective growth for businesses.

Revenue Model

LingoPure operates on a subscription-based model for 1-on-1 and group lessons, structured around CEFR levels. We cater to both B2B and B2C clients, offering tailored business English and communication training. In the future, we’ll also sell AI-powered solutions as standalone products to enhance learning and efficiency of students and businesses.

Startup Journey

Our journey has been a rollercoaster in the best way. We initially aimed to teach basic B2C English, like many centers, but quickly saw the real need in Vietnam and SEA were Business Communication (English). We pivoted to B2B, focusing on what both students and companies truly need.


So far, we’ve generated over $30,000 in organic sales, hired key staff like our Head of Education, and formed a joint partnership for CEFR testing. We’re also developing AI-driven solutions to address challenges faced by online education companies—AI teachers, assistants, and admin support.

My partner, Thao, is Vietnamese and advanced her career through free English lessons at her first company. With over 8 years of teaching experience and 13 years of business experience, I’m passionate about helping others achieve what we’ve learned on our journey. Together, we’re shaping the future of
education and business in Vietnam and beyond.

Go-To-Market Plan

LingoPure’s go-to-market strategy includes hiring a sales team, leveraging organic social media success on LinkedIn and Meta, publishing free blogs/articles, hosting webinars, and running brand-awareness ads. Our content-driven approach attracts students, while the sales team targets both B2B and B2C clients to drive growth.
