Startup Journey
As a former fintech executive, I saw firsthand how burnout and emotional disconnection drain performance in high-pressure environments. Having studied organizational psychology for 15 years as a personal passion, I knew the solution — but wanted to make it scalable. So I applied the AI and ML experience I gained from leading digital transformation to address the mental wellbeing gap. After carefully selecting our platform methodology and core team, I left my corporate role to launch Jungji: an AI-powered wellbeing platform tailored for Southeast Asia. I partnered with Dung Nguyen Phuoc Bao, a seasoned CMO in Vietnam, and assembled a diverse team of experts in AI, psychology, and education. We’ve built a fully functional MVP, launched pilots with corporate and government partners, and gained early traction. My passion for data allows us to bridge psychology with a measurable, data-driven approach — turning emotional intelligence into an ESG-aligned business advantage.
Go-To-Market Plan
We’re targeting mid-size and large enterprises through direct B2B sales, strategic partnerships with HR/ESG consultants, and integrations with workplace tools like MS Teams. Early pilots build credibility, while our multilingual, low-friction onboarding enables fast adoption across Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.
