JondaX automates the extraction and harmonization of clinical data from PDFs—reducing manual work and making health data usable across systems, languages, and borders.
Elevator Pitch
30% of the world’s data is health data, but 80% is unstructured, especially in underserved settings. Lab PDFs, scans, and inconsistent formats overwhelm clinicians and block equitable, AI-driven care. Jonda Health’s platform, JondaX, automatically transforms messy clinical data into structured, harmonized
outputs ready for system use. Supporting multiple languages and formats, we reduce manual work by up to 80%, enabling better decisions and more equitable access to innovation. Built by a physician who lived the problem, JondaX is bridging the data gap to advance health equity and AI in healthcare.

Revenue Model
Our model combines a SaaS platform fee with per-page pricing for automated data transformation. Clients pay based on volume, making it scalable for clinic management systems, Health IT platforms and enterprise health systems.
Startup Journey
As a physician and health tech leader, our founder saw how fragmented, unstructured health data delays care, overwhelms clinicians, and makes real-world AI nearly impossible. Motivated by personal experience managing autoimmune conditions and supporting a loved one through late-stage cancer, she co-founded Jonda Health to bring clarity to health data—starting with lab results trapped in PDFs. Our team blends clinical, technical, and operational expertise with a shared commitment to health equity. We’ve launchedthe product, are revenue-generating, ISO 27001 certified, and support multiple languages. Clients include care management systems and research platforms aiming to reduce manual work and improve data interoperability. We’ve validated demand through trials and secured strategic partnerships. While still optimizing for product-market fit, we’ve seen strong early traction. Our greatest need now is capital to scale the team and technology to serve high-volume health systems with confidence.
Go-To-Market Plan
We target healthcare platforms and systems integrators in emerging markets, starting with lab-heavy use cases. Our go-to-market combines direct outreach, channel partnerships (e.g. EHR/CMS vendors), and inbound from pilots and referrals. We focus on high-need regions where structured data unlocks clinical, research, and compliance value.
Potential Exit
Likely acquirers include EHR vendors, health data infrastructure firms, or digital health platforms expanding into emerging markets. Exit opportunities also include strategic acquisition by AI health companies or interoperability players seeking automated data ingestion and harmonisation capabilities across multilingual, low-resource settings.
