Revenue Model
Our primary revenue and predominant sales come from B2B Sales channels where both consignment and wholesale options are available. The secondary sales come from B2C sales, through direct website, Instagram and 3rd party food delivery services.
Startup Journey
Living in Bali, Indonesia and sending our children to study at the Green School, wellness and life wealth values are at our core. We created HIRO Drinks with the idea of producing truly unique functional beverages (drinks with health benefits) that always put people and health first. We work directly with a
network of farmers right across Indonesia and our core ingredients have historically been by-products or waste, which now provide secondary income and additional jobs for the farmer’s and their families. Our ingredients have been picked for purpose and chosen specifically for their proven ability to elevate our minds and mood. HIRO Drinks benefit our daily lives. Using existing educational and scientific studies HIRO identified our core ingredients that significantly benefit brain functionality. We strive to share our unique knowledge and we recognize our collective responsibility for taking care of our health and mental wellness.
Go-To-Market Plan
We launched B2B/B2C across Bali in late 2021. Our most recent expansion has been in Jakarta (B2B – less than 1 year) and we are exploring market entry into Singapore. Our primary marketing channel is digital, with supplementary outdoor billboards. With a novel product there is heavy “educational” marketing required.
Potential Exit
As we expand the range of authentically functional beverages, the likely exit (or partial) strategy, is to an existing beverage industry player who brings experience in Scale up, logistics, marketing and distribution (including new markets)
A financial investor might be supportive until we reach volume, to interest an industry buyer.
