Our AI-powered personalization analyzes user preferences and history to recommend the most effective treatments. We also feature an AI Skin Scanner which enables real-time skin analysis and progress tracking. For businesses, we optimize bookings and deliver AI-driven business insights to maximize revenue and boost customer retention. Our mission is to make beauty, health, and wellness more accessible, affordable, and convenient in a fast-growing but underserved market.

Startup Journey

I’m a Medical Doctor with over 4 years of experience in the aesthetic medicine industry. I saw firsthand how patients struggled with the high cost of treatments and the inconvenience of booking due to slow clinic responses. With beauty clinics in Indonesia growing 20% annually (Central Insight Analysis, 2024), there’s a rising demand for aesthetic services and a need for clinics to optimize revenue and retention. These insights led to GleamAccess, an AI-powered platform that streamlines booking and offers flexible payments via GleamPay, making beauty, health, and wellness more accessible, affordable, and convenient. As a solo founder, I’ve conducted 50+ user interviews and spoke with Kredivo’s Head of Product, who confirmed the strong demand for installment-based payments in the beauty, health, and wellness services. I’ve launched a landing page and started gathering early user interest. I’m seeking pre-seed funding to build the MVP, onboard partners, and further validate product-market fit.

Go-To-Market Plan

We’ll acquire users through influencer marketing, targeted digital ads, and referral programs. For partners, we’ll use direct outreach and offer exclusive membership benefits. Retention strategies include loyalty programs and personalized experiences. We aim to expand across major Indonesian cities, followed by Southeast Asia through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Potential Exit

Potential exits include IPO as we scale regionally and globally or acquisition by global beauty, wellness, or fintech companies like Sephora, L’Oreal, or Grab Financial Group. As we grow, GleamAccess could become a valuable platform for companies looking to enter this fast-growing market.
