We help communities thrive by making everyday life easier for residents, empowering property managers to work smarter, and opening new doors for local businesses.
Elevator Pitch
In Indonesia, managing residential complexes is messy — tracking monthly fees, handling maintenance requests, and juggling vendors is time-consuming and often still manual. On the other hand, residents face friction when paying bills or accessing trusted neighborhood services. Our app solves all sides: it’s a cloud-based platform where admins can easily manage payments, maintenance, and master data, while residents get a smooth experience to pay dues and order essentials like water or laundry — all from one place. Finally, we aim to empower SMSEs to tap in to gated communities and grow their businesses via our platform.

Revenue Model
1. SaaS Subscription Fees
Property managers pay a monthly subscription to access our suite of management tools, including billing
and service management.
2. Marketplace Transaction Margins
We earn a margin on every transaction made through our in-app marketplace. This creates an additional revenue stream that grows with platform adoption.
Startup Journey
After 8 years of experience, I resigned from my job in 2024 & started my own software agency, fueled by my interest in solving everyday challenges using technology. I had my first hire in Dec 2024 using LinkedIn. My hiring process evaluated candidates based on hard & soft skills, culture & budget fit. The SaaS pivot was triggered by a housing developer wanting an app. It was interesting & there is promising growth for the housing market, but SaaS is not yet a sustainable in Indonesia. I looked at the ecosystem & found that a marketplace tailored for hyperlocal communities adds value: residents enjoy convenience & vendors tap into gated communities & grow their business. We started talking to housing developers & friends who run small businesses with positive feedback. I got the deal & restructured my team. The goal: launch MVP by July. What I need: finances to achieve breakeven & use the cashflow to further enhance our solutions.
Go-To-Market Plan
We aim to sell primarily through direct B2B sales to developers and property managers, supported by community onboarding teams and digital campaigns for vendor network activation.
Potential Exit
We are still open to selling or running the business. In the option of an exit, we are most likely looking for large scale developers, such as BSD city or Alam Sutera.
